The Application is a customizable interface that is built upon the Mozilla Firefox Gecko Rendering Engine, an open source software application. Mozilla Corporation’s privacy policy is located at www.mozilla.com and is incorporated by reference into this Privacy Policy.

We do NOT collect:

It is BrowserNation’s policy to make the Application available to you free-of-charge and without user registration. This means that we do not have access to or collect any personally-identifying information from you.

In cases where an organization that has branded and customized our Application and publishes content on the Application for your use (each a “Publisher”) chooses to charge you for use of its browser or requires you to register in order to use it, unless otherwise specifically stated, that transaction will take place between you and the relevant Publisher. Accordingly, this means that BrowserNation will have no access to any financial or personally-Identifying Information that the Publisher may collect from you or that you provide to the Publisher. If it is specifically stated that BrowserNation is involved in that registration, a Privacy Policy relating to it will be made available at that time.

We do not collect non-personally-identifying web surfing data when the BrowserNation application is active.

We will not have access to cookies and therefore we do not have access to information regarding your activity when you visit websites via the BrowserNation browser application other than our own website (www.browsernation.com). This information will not be personally-identifying and is governed by the terms listed above.

We DO collect:

We will record activity on the browser application itself. This does NOT mean search activity in the embedded search box or in the address bar. Instead it refers to, for example, the number of times you click on a link on the browser. Clicking on links on the browser will either connect you to the Publisher’s website or one of its affiliate partners. BrowserNation encourages Publishers to make these links clearly identifiable. You will only be clicking on these links because you wish to be connected to the associated content. The reason we collect this data is to let the Publisher know how its browser is being used.

If you believe that any inaccurate or inappropriate information has been obtained or disseminated through your use of BrowserNation’s services, you should contact a representative of BrowserNation at info@browsernation.com.

Children under the age of thirteen (13) are not permitted to submit any personal information to us and should not provide any personal information to any Publisher.
